  We love the doctors and nurses. They are very thorough and professional. They always put my mind at ease when it comes to my daughter. We love Child and adolescent specialty care.

  As a new mother, finding a pediatrician we liked was important to my husband and I. Our first few visits were fine and the doctor we met with seemed thorough. I referred my family members to use the same office. We were looking forward to meeting some of the other providers. For our last visit, I called to notify the receptionist that we were on our way and got stuck in traffic but assured her we would be there before the appointment time. She said they would hold our appointment for 10 minutes. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment, but were immediately told by the receptionist that we “missed our check in time”, the doctor wasn’t willing to see us, and we had to reschedule. She explained that the “check in time” is when we meet with the nurse and the “appointment time” is when we see the doctor. My husband and I both take off work for our daughter’s appointments, so it was disappointing to us to be turned away under these circumstances. We immediately decided that the way this office handles scheduling was no longer a good fit for our family. On the positive side, their online portal made it very easy for us to export my daughter’s records self-service. We were able to transfer the records ourselves and get in with a new pediatrician less than a week later.

  I moved my son's care here when the office in huber just wasn't meeting my expectations. I have met several of the staff due to my son being sick and I have been so impressed with them. They try to make the examination fun and not scary for my toddler and they really listen to what I have to say. They have always been able to get us in when needed. I'm very happy I made the switch.
