They will get on here and reply to reviews talking about how they’re short staffed and working on getting more people. Yet they have no signs on the door letting you know why they’re closed and when they plan to be open. How in the world are you not open on a Friday (12/12) at all? My husband spent over $500 on glasses and sunglasses. The first order the sunglass lenses were scratched, and on the regular pair of glasses, the whole lense Rx was wrong and had to be redone. They ordered more and said it would be two weeks. We have not heard anything and it’s been over two weeks. The whole process started 10/31/25 and here we are 12/13/25 with nothing. No communication. No way to get ahold of anyone. NOTHING! We (along with several other people pulling up in the parking lot) showed up today 12/13 to check and see if maybe someone wasn’t answering the phone due to being busy. No. Closed for no reason again when their business hours say they are to be OPENED. The only sign on the door mentioning a change in hours is for JUNE 2025. PLUS.. they have two stickers on their door from Fed ex and UPS due to missed deliveries because they weren’t opened when they should have been. That should tell you how well they keep up on their store. So if your glasses are supposed to be in right now and you’re not getting a call or they try to feed you a line when you do get ahold of them, this is why your glasses aren’t there. Because they can’t be bothered to show up and accept the deliveries. Pearle Vision should be ashamed for allowing this. Please do not respond with excuses. There are none. My only recommendation for this place is to NOT BOTHER! We will never be back. This is a horrible way to run a business and frankly I can’t believe corporate is allowing this.

They gave me a bad prescription, one of the lenses on my sunglasses was scratched, had to go back in for a second eye exam. Still haven’t gotten my glasses. They close for no reason on seemingly random days, and I have gotten all of one phone call from them. I spent over $500 on my frames and haven’t even gotten to see them yet. I will not be going back to this location. I will probably contact corporate customer service as well.
