  Glasses broke and needed a new pair. I go there March 2nd and get an eye test and purchase glasses. After my money is took, they say it’s going to be 5-7 business days. It’s st Patrick’s day and I still have nothing. I call the story. It goes to voicemail. I leave voicemail, no call back. So now I have to drive up there to figure out what’s going on. They promised a text when my glasses came in. I haven’t gotten a text since they got my money.

  Won't be going back. As I have care source which pays for glasses. Pv tryed charging me 42 dollars for a warranty glasses come with a factory warranty why are people being charged extra for it. Other business that take care source don't try and charge extra for a warranty the factory has provided one all ready free of charge.

  Great experience I did not feel rushed Dr who examined my eyes, took his time and answered all my questions, no, they told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my new glasses. I’m going out of town in 2 1/2 weeks so I’m hoping and praying I’ll have my new glasses. I will keep you all posted on the timeframe to see if the glasses are on time which is very important.

  First I don’t really like leaving review but this time I will. I always go to Walmart to get my prescription glasses and I told him to get his done there but he wanted to try and see this place that looks better. But I/we made a big mistake. So I wanted to share this experience. So my partner and I went here to get his glasses done on February 7 he really likes the doctor he such knowledgeable and good and a friendly one, then he said he will come back to this place because of the doctor. I did like him to so I decided to make an appointment the following weekend February 14 but it’s a different doctor that’s fine by me coz he is also has some knowledge. As much as I want to give it a good star review for the doctors I couldn’t because of the glasses service or I would say up front representative’s they so unprofessional and can’t do their job after the fact they sell you the expensive frames glasses like my partner he hasn’t recieve his yet up until till now it’s been past 1 MONTH and for my glasses has been past 3 weeks the WORST of them is they never call you for 2 weeks to let you know if the glasses came in. I never received a call , he tried to call them 5x more more likely every day after the normal 2weeks wait no answer or it will take you to voice mail. So he decided to go to the store and they just really don’t care at all because mine came in and never got a call and a lot of alibis that they even blame it to FEDEX. And we stop yesterday to pick up mine they weren’t even open when they were supposed to be during business hours. It’s really a bad experience so Not only do we say we don’t recommend. We also say don’t go or go with your own risk.
