I initially ordered glasses to be shipped to the miamisburg location and I did that intentionally knowing this location would not be my first choice because I've had terrible customer service at trotwood, but whoever I ordered them with over the phone instead shipped it to this location. I went to the miamisburg location thinking they were there, but they were in Trotwood against my wishes. Miamisburg location was very nice and tried having them sent back over, but no one answered his calls. So I went to the Trotwood location to pick them up but they were closed. But no one would ever had known that because there is a paper sign on the door that says they are closed until Tuesday. I go in on Tuesday (after calling first, but of course no answer) and the sign is still on the door but no one is at work and the doors are locked. They were supposed to be open at 8. I got there at 9. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
