The Toledo Good Feet Store's personally-fitted arch supports and orthotics are designed to relieve foot, heel, knee, hip, and back pain often caused by foot-related problems like plantar fasciitis and bunions. Stop by any store for your free, no-obligation, personalized fitting.
I was initially skeptical that these insoles would provide any real relief or comfort, as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and haven’t found a product that truly helps. Eric Pfaff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right insole for my needs. The entire process was quick and efficient, taking only about 30 minutes. I would come here again, and recommend it highly.

Worked with Eric, he took time to go indepth, explain things, and really was personable and able to connect on positive levels.
He continued to explain and provide beneficial information even after explaining I wouldn't be able to afford the alignment system today, but would have to come back.
Pro level customer service. I will be back to purchase when I can afford.

Mike was very helpful with arch support, explained all the relief with each insert of shoes. Payment plans are flexible. I felt the relief instantly on my heel pain once I started walking around in the different supports.

After so many years of pain and frustration, I finally felt a wave of relief and hope. Jessica was the one who guided me to the perfect fit, patiently explaining every step and helping me truly understand what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. Her kindness and expertise turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something encouraging and life-changing. Thanks to the Good Feet program, I was able to access the support I needed. Thank you for lifting this financial barrier for me. I can now get back to running and walk to class with balance, comfort, and confidence, things I had been missing for so long. Jessica and the Good Feet program, you made all the difference in my life, and I am endlessly grateful.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
