He listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions. He explained exactly what to expect and what the supports were doing. We got there about half an hour before they were closing. He stayed, as did a few others, and never rushed us. We were there 40 minutes past closing. Jeff was really great to work with. I truly hope the supports take care of my sore feet issues.
