After some discussion concerning the circumstances of my situation the gentleman that waited on me found a solution to satisfy my needs and his corporate requirements. I left the store with my maintainer replaced. I will say that their corporate policies are not consumer friendly and to reach a consensus some heated discussion was necessary.
