  The app is difficult to schedule classes through and two months in a row I was shorted the number of classes I paid for. The first month I contacted via text the manager to notify her that I was short credits. She posted them back to my account and gave me an extra two weeks to use them. When the same thing happened the second month, I wasn’t too concerned given how easily it was handled the first month. I contacted the studio on 25 April to let them know that I was shorted four credits. They responded that they couldn’t give me the credits because the billing cycle would end on April 27. So I paid $109 for four pure barre classes for the month of April. I let the manager know that I would be filing a complaint with my credit card company for the four classes I did not receive. Subsequently my credit card company has credited back $40.09 to my account. Today I received a bill from pure barre for $154. When calling the customer service number I found out that I am now being charged the entire month’s-amount plus a late fee plus a fee for the credit card dispute. I already paid the entire month and only disputed the portion for classes that I didn’t receive. I would be very cautious giving this company your credit card information and I would take extra time to understand the contract you are agreeing to. I was told if I do not pay this $154 that it would be sent to collections. It’s very unfortunate that this is how they handle customer issues, because I liked the classes and the instructors.
