- TCTom CarrothersDec 11, 20231.0I had an appt. scheduled for Monday Dec. 11 at 4 pm. for 4 months. i received several texts and emails asking me to confirm my appt which I did. Then at noon I get a call cancelling my appt. I am self employed and lost a days work because I had this appt scheduled. This is the second time they have done this to me. So how do I make up the money I lost taking a day off work and now they want me to reschedule so they can cancel it again at the last moment. And of course there is no corporate contact info so I can complain to them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Lauren does a great job with her customers in talking with them and explaining the information clearly. I would highly recommend checking this office out and ask for Lauren if you are interested in hearing tests or even hearing aids.
