  My Experience at Miracle-Ear In Toledo today was a learning experience. The professionals who assessed my hearing were clear, competent and educational in the process. They explained what was involved in a hearing test and what the procedure would be. Furthermore, my hearing tested at the borderline of whether hearing aids were needed. There was no pressure to consider getting hearing aids at this time, rather, there was a suggestion to return in 18 to 24 months for a reevaluation. If I or my husband noticed a decrease in my hearing then of course they welcomed me to come back sooner. I now have a baseline from which to proceed with my hearing. The office staff was also very pleasant and welcoming

  I had an appt. scheduled for Monday Dec. 11 at 4 pm. for 4 months. i received several texts and emails asking me to confirm my appt which I did. Then at noon I get a call cancelling my appt. I am self employed and lost a days work because I had this appt scheduled. This is the second time they have done this to me. So how do I make up the money I lost taking a day off work and now they want me to reschedule so they can cancel it again at the last moment. And of course there is no corporate contact info so I can complain to them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Recently my wife was going to get help for a new pair of hearing aides the the foundation. We gave them a money order for $150.00. We had to get a copy of are 2017 incomtax. The money order was paper clipped to the application. Just the other day I dropped off the 2017 incomtax and the I was told they need the $150.00 to send everything in. I then said that you were given the money and was paper clipped to the paperwork. It was not there and I was given the impression that I was liing that they did not given the money order. They were looking for the money order and could not find it. I then called my wife had her on speaker phone and she said the same thing that the money order was paper clipped to the paperwork. Their #1 mistake they made they did notake a copy of the money order. No I have to prove that we gave them the money order by calling the company that issued the money order and to see if the money order was cashed. If you give them money be sure to get a receipt to avoid any extra work on your behalf.
