    Truly the most unprofessional, unhelpful staff imaginable. Front staff needs serious training on customer service, specifically Colleen but honestly everyone there. Work as a bagger/cashier if that’s gonna be your attitude

    This pharmacy NEVER orders medicines on time. They say "oh no, it's not in stock, we'll order it." Then they don't bother. I have been waiting for two weeks for basic medication and they forgot to order it THREE TIMES! GO ELSEWHERE! All incompetent children working at this store--twenty somethings who could care less if you get the medication you need to stay alive. There's not one decent pharmacist among them.

    I had a prescription that gets filled every 15 days, I called to see if it was filled, and they said it hasn’t been 30 days, I kept telling them it’s a 15 day prescription not 30 days! So I called my insurance company and they said it hasn’t even tried to be filled, I called Krogers back, and they said legally they don’t have to even try to run it through the insurance unless it’s been 30 days. I switched from Kroger to Toledo Family Pharmacy 1 not only do they run scripts through the insurance company to have filled according to the script, but they also deliver straight to the house free of charge ❤️ they had no problems filling the script that Krogers would not!!! READ THE DAMN SCRIPT!!! Not all medications are 30 days!!!
