  There was some Karen at the pharmacy today and Julia handled her with calm professionalism, well done. I also heard the person she claims "shouted" at her over the counter, and she was just assuring the woman that they're getting to her as quickly as they can when the woman, let's say, "expressed concern" over whether or not she was in the right line because it was taking a few minutes. That woman was horribly rude when given excellent customer service from someone who was merely trying to soothe the display of temper from someone in line. Give all those folks behind the counter a raise and the right to tell people to come back when they can be civil.

  Good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone at this pharmacy!! And God forbid they order ur medicine so it's filled on time! Awful pharmacy every month the same thing

  After my operation at 3:00 Wednesday the doctor called in a pain pill for me and I never heard from them and when I called it’s almost impossible to get in touch with a person. We called the next morning we called again and they said it won’t be ready until after 3:00. That’s ridiculous waiting 24 hours to receive pain pills (or any pills.)

  Will wait in line for forever while they walk around and chat with eachother meds are never ready when they say I just waited 25 minutes in drive through line before I finally drove off this is beyond ridiculous

  I know they're busy but come on Krogers add more pharmacists and more checkout help waiting in line 30 40 minutes is unacceptable you need more help this is ridiculous
