  1st of all it takes awhile to talk to a person, 2nd of all they are not in any hurry to fill scripts, They should have a code so that scripts are filled according to importance, like Stat, this could save a life, and diminish suffering..We just move in area, and have never had the problems that I have had with this Pharmacy.Are they short staffed? No excuses

  10 customers in line with only 1 girl on register, many people left because of the long wait. What a pathetic joke. When line is this long somebody has to help

  We did not appreciate the rudeness that Lynn provided us. If you're having a bad day, please don't take it out on someone who just had their wisdom teeth removed and was being extremely kind to you.🙃 If its someone's first time using a pharmacy and they don't know the exact terms, maybe politely inform them, instead of rolling your eyes and having such a condescending tone. ☺️

  There was some Karen at the pharmacy today and Julia handled her with calm professionalism, well done. I also heard the person she claims "shouted" at her over the counter, and she was just assuring the woman that they're getting to her as quickly as they can when the woman, let's say, "expressed concern" over whether or not she was in the right line because it was taking a few minutes. That woman was horribly rude when given excellent customer service from someone who was merely trying to soothe the display of temper from someone in line. Give all those folks behind the counter a raise and the right to tell people to come back when they can be civil.

  After my operation at 3:00 Wednesday the doctor called in a pain pill for me and I never heard from them and when I called it’s almost impossible to get in touch with a person. We called the next morning we called again and they said it won’t be ready until after 3:00. That’s ridiculous waiting 24 hours to receive pain pills (or any pills.)
