They said it would take an hour, two hours and fifteen minutes later, the script was still not filled. They went on to inform me that they did not have enough of the medication to fill the entire order 😠I understand that this happens & places run out of the medication, but why they didn't inform me of that while I was dropping the prescription off is due to simple negligence of doing the proper procedure for the job. Then to have never received a phone call, informing me about the shortage & subsequent incapacity to fill sed medicine is just inept & rude. They had over twice the time they asked for to make a simple one minute phone call. I'm hoping management reads this & changes their protocol. At least 2 employees need retraining.
