    Top notch eye care with a personal touch. Every step during the visit was great. You are greeted with a smile, the technician was friendly and informed you every step of the way. The optometrist was knowledgeable, professional and used the latest equipment. And it doesn’t stop there, when it time to pick your frames, You are assisted by a friendly associate that really listens.

    They charge you a copay for a follow up appt. No other doctor office does this. Lost a customer for $15. Hope it was worth it!

    The service was very good, the Dr. took great care in getting the correct prescription. The assistant was very helpful in choosing frames and lens amenities. Overall I am very pleased. One drawback, I had a 9:30 appointment and didn't see th doctor till 10:20. But I feel they were thorough and I understand the difficulty of scheduling.

    I had been looking for an eye doctor in the area and had tried several different places in the past. Kopen is by far the best and I plan to stick with them as I continue my eyecare journey. Dr. Langenderfer is knowledgeable, compassionate and personable. The staff is kind, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them.
