  Home Instead Toledo provided truly life-saving care for my son. After months in the hospital and an extended-care facility, we hired them for 24/7 support when he returned home. Their caregivers were warm, friendly, and attentive to his specific needs, while also respecting his desire to regain independence. As he improved, our family gradually reduced their hours. Then an extraordinary moment happened: one caregiver, not on duty, stopped by his house simply to say hello and found him collapsed on the floor for hours. EMTs told us that without her unexpected visit, he likely would have died. We can’t express how grateful we are—Home Instead’s staff didn’t just help us, they saved his life. My son is now living in a safe, controlled environment made possible in large part by their care, and we consider Home Instead a wonderful, highly trustworthy company.

  My mother loved her in home nurse. She helped clean, cook, do chores, took her to doctor appointments. They became very close and was like family. It also gave me huge peace of mind knowing that someone was able to look after my mom since I live across the country. Lisa was great at helping organize and understanding our needs and financial abilities. Highly recommend.
