Thornville Family Medical Center has been delivering quality health care to patients from Perry, Licking, Fairfield, Muskingum and other surrounding counties for nearly 40 years. The center was founded in 1982 by Dr. Larry Cowan with the help of the Thornville mayor and village council. The goal of the medical center has always been to supply excellent medical care and prevention of diseases for the entire family or individual- no matter what age. The practice grew from only Dr. Cowan and two staff members occupying 1/3 of the building to a staff of over 12 in addition to three full time physicians occupying the entire structure. Our staff is carefully selected for their clinical skills and compassion towards our patients.
