  Made an appointment online and fasted in preparation, but when I showed up the place was closed and the lights were off. Others had been waiting before me - they also had appointments. There was no note on the door explaining why they were closed. I found a Summa employee to see if they knew anything and I was told that Quest at this location has been having staffing issues. Why are they accepting appointments for this location when this appears to be an ongoing issue? Why can't they reach out and cancel appointments?

  If your site is closed why would you allow me to make an appointment!? No one working, the lights off, office door locked. This is extremely poor customer service. No notification this location wouldn't be open, no correspondence whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time.

  Had an appointment today, drove there, and the place was locked up solid. Funny thing is I just made the appointment about 20 minutes before end. Why would they take appointments on their app if they are closed?
