  I have been recovering from a stomach removal (not for weigh loss) and the subsequent loss of weight that accompanied it. Pilates has been such a gift while I recover and trying to rebuild strength, muscle and endurance. I have muscles where I haven’t seen them in years , core strength and improved balance and coordination My only complaint is some of the classes aren’t longer. Heather, Sammy and Sarah are favorites of mine, but all of the Instructors will challenge you to do your best. Cannot recommend the Club Pilates unlimited program more.

  Just did my intro class and loved it. Signing up. Trainer/Coach said at end of class might feel muscles you didn’t know you had and I sure did the next day.

  I have been working out here for over a year. I am not coordinated or athletic. Not a former dancer or athlete. So working out was never something I was good at. However, as I age I know I have to stay active to stay healthy. Club Pilates makes working out fun and beneficial! I feel and look different. My flexibility is improving and hopefully some day I might actually be coordinated 🤞

  I love this Pilates studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and every class is well-balanced and effective. The space is clean, welcoming, and has a great sense of community. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and flexibility—highly recommend!

  Club has helpful staff as you walk in. March MaTness fun & informative. Always feel confident with teachers advice , classes are always interesting & fun, concerns for individual care,, I feel the work ! professional !!
