  Dr. Frank Dachtler is Incredible! If your looking into his program you've come to the right place because your probably just like I used to be which is fighting weight gain and food addiction. I've been successful with a number of diets only to put the weight right back on. Dr. Frank's approach isn't just another diet he works with you on getting over your addiction to sugar's, simple carbs and processed foods. He educates you on what to eat and why he wants you eating or not eating certain foods. He hand crafts a diet that fits you. He's encouraging and I truly felt compassion from him. He can also be real with you and that's what I needed. This program is for people that are ready to loose weight, who want to get over their food addictions and make permanent changes. Before coming to Dr. Frank I feared of dying in my sleep from obesity I was heavier than the dangerous 300 pounds. 7 months later I have kept the 78 pounds off, I sleep so well, my joints feel much better and the arthritis in my foot rarely gives me problems, when it does flare up its very mild and short lived.   I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Dr. Frank and his staff. I was able to lose weight without the use of drugs or surgery and was educated on how to eat responsibly. After 6 months I weigh 89 pounds less and feel better than I ever have. This was truly a life changing experience for the better.

  My life changed the day I met Dr. Frank and his amazing staff. I started the weight loss program under their caring supervision and am happy to say that I lost 60 pounds in six months. I not only feel much better, I am healthier, have more energy, and also look better with a renewed sense of confidence.
