I’m having some back and knee pain so I went to the Goodfeet store in Strongsville OH. Eddie worked with me to get the right fit. Everyone was friendly and informative. Only my second day of use so I can’t yet say that it worked. My husband swears by Goodfeet. I’d recommend them for anyone with foot, knee or hip/back pain.

Missy was amazing to work with. I've had feet issues for years and was nervous about going in. She quickly put me at ease by really listening to my concerns about my leg, knee and foot pain. I would highly recommend stopping in at the Strongsville location and asking for Missy.

Much more than we expected. Instead of just a shoe store w/ a few suggestions, there are a lot of questions & imagery generated - then a very involved "fitting". Of all the different methods/prescriptions tried, possibly the best by far of everything previously tried to reduce my wife's foot pain. The person w/ whom we dealt, Luke, seemed very caring & knowledgeable. At this point, we would highly recommend giving them a try. I would suggest that you call & speak w/ them ahead of time to see if they think they can help your problem. Note: The price is not cheap, but is worth it to us if it reduces the pain nothing else has helped.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed for firm yet flexible correction of poor foot biomechanics, providing long-term pain relief unlike typical online or drugstore insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still have foot pain?
Yes, because the discomfort often comes from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Good Feet arch supports stabilize your foot to minimize or alleviate pain from foot-related issues.
Will I receive my arch supports on the same day of purchase?
Yes, customers aged 6 and above can take their personally-fitted arch supports home the same day after fitting at the store.
