StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Strongsville offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I continue to workout at Title Boxing so I go in at the end of each month to get an all around "reset" after a month of boxing. Its great.

She explained everything she was doing was very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed. Although more than I wanted to spend, I think it will be worth it in the end. Stretch lab is reformative in it's ability to remediate stiff joints. I hope at some point Medicare links up with this type of therapy. It's much more applicable to issues for those of us who might be beyond the gym membership! I highly recommend!
