I was wearing my old pair and the arm broke off and was not repairable. The frames were 10 years old and thus not available anymore. Mike took the time to go through the store as well as research the computer to see if he could find a replacement frame for the lenses. He could not. He then said wait a minute and went in the back and emerged with a frame that matched. In this day and age to have someone go to that extent to please a customer is exceptional. Thank you Mike. You made a customer for life.
