Torn with this review. The BEST doctor is here, and I never want to change him. However, there is an employee that is always hacking a lung coughing and spreading her germs. No mask. I struggle to understand why she doesn’t understand that she needs to stay home when she’s sick. To add salt to injury, she isn’t the best at her job. We’ve had a much better experience with other colleagues of hers. Why would anyone want to touch or try on glasses that have snot/saliva residue from her hands covering her mouth while coughing. And touching everything else after without cleaning her hands. No respect to other people’s health. Some of the staff here need training about cross contamination and basic cleanliness.

Nick was wonderful to work with. He helped me pick out frames, took the time to break down different pricing with different lenses, and even adjusted my current glasses to look brand new. One of the best experiences I’ve had picking out a new pair of glasses. Thanks Nick!

First of all, absolutely nothing wrong with the service that I received from LensCrafters or the wonderful people who fit in my glasses Unfortunately, glasses I were sold the frame cracked in less than 90 days To my debt deficit, I did not purchase the insurance, not thinking that would be required from my low impact Environment I work in. Less than 90 days after the purchase, my $227 frames cracked and left me with no glasses. My only avenue was to re-purchase. Not happy with the quality of what I received and will have to look elsewhere. Again, this should not reflect the people who took care of being bought the LensCrafters

He’s incredibly helpful, patient, and always takes the time to answer all of our questions. I never feel rushed, and I really appreciate his honesty when helping me choose the best frames. Just had my first visit to LensCrafters in Strongsville. I was in search of some new glasses after not finding any I liked at my eye doctor’s office. I was greeted by the staff immediately when entering. When I asked for opinions of how the glasses looked on me I was given honest and helpful feedback. I worked directly with Nick who was patient with me as I worked to better understand my insurance coverage. Overall this was a great experience!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
