  My mom is 98. Kathy is so kind and patient with us. This can not be an easy career . Thank you, Kathy, for all you do for those who have severe hearing loss .

  People are friendly, but my hearing aids are Junk! they had to make them 3 times before they fit, then one quit working, they sent it to their lab, it worked for awhile, now it has quit again, only works a few minutes, then quits. Totally unhappy with them!

  Great service, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly owner. Diane did a great job with my mom. Mom is nervous about hearing tests and Diane was patient and inconsiderate. She knows what she's doing. Fair pricing as well. There's also payment plans because hearing aids are quite expensive. Thank you Diane Paul Falstad

  Do not waiste time or they will waiste yours. Had a appointment, told them over the phone exactly what I needed done. I showed up at my appointment 10 min early, the " owner " or whoever that person is supposed to do test wasn't there on time. Called the secretary to let her know that she won't do my test for some bogus reason. Very unprofessional. On a side note, the whole office smells like old tobacco.
