  This place shouldn’t even be in business. Some of us take off work, use PTO, find sitters etc to show up on time for our SCHEDULED appointments. I even had to fast for this at 7 months pregnant. Just for nobody to show up. They show open from 7:30am-4:30pm and I scheduled my appointment with them for 7:50am so I could get to work after and use a half day of PTO however nobody was there and the doors were locked. After checking out other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. Avoid this lab if you can!

  Rachael is awesome! In the past, every time I have gone for blood work, folks have had difficulty finding a vein to draw from. It usually took more than a few pokes and multiple people to make it happen. Rachael got it on the first poke and it was PAINLESS! She is friendly, competent and professional! Furthermore, Quest is more affordable. When Quest Lab left Summa Health on Hudson Drive, my husband was directed to a Cleveland Clinic lab. The cost for the same order was FIVE times the amount, even with insurance. According to Rachael, the Darrow Road lab is moving to Fishcreek Rd in June 2024. We will be following Rachael right down the road. In addition, when I called Quest for information on where to find a lab they were extremely helpful. The reason I needed to call, is when Hudson Drive facitlity shut down, they had a different name.

  Rachael was amazing in every way and I never even felt the needle stick. Check in was seamless. This is my go to for lab work now.

  Quest wasted my time and didn’t show up to open their doors for my 9am appointment, and also will not answer phone calls - all automatic answering machines.
