  I would rather have a nurse from the doctor's office to do my blood work instead of using Quest diagnostic nurses. They don't seem to care about the patient nor their information. First and foremost when a patient comes in all you have to do is say their name and last name walk them in the room and ask for their information. Don't blurt out what they are their for in the hallway while other patients can hear what they are their for that is confidential. The other problem I had was having the same person that bruised me the first doing blood work and I got bruised again. I have never been bruised doing blood work until I had to use Quest Diagnostic and I hate it. Not only that I had to come back to give then back my sample and no one was in the waiting room I thought I had to just drop it off the Kiosk was giving me issues so I tapped on the door and another Quest Diagnostic nurse came out and I told her what I was there for and she was rude about and was like well you have to make an appointment for drop off and I was like I was already here earlier and was told to drop it off. Trying to explain to her in a nice was and she said I was getting an attitude lady im telling you what I was told you dont have to get an attitude or be rude with me when im the patient trying to drop off a sample. Y'all got nurses that bruise people and have nurses that are completely rude and think every black person got an attitude when we are simply trying to explain what we are trying to do. If I can give y'all zero stars at the Stow location on Fishercreek I would.
