  If I could leave 0 stars I would! Dr Kimberly lied the entire time! My daughter was came out the hallway screaming and crying! They held her down trying to get a IV knowing she was terrified of needles and then he goes “I lied”. I asked for accurate notes and they refused to give me accurate ones they just gave me some generic wrote up ones. HORRIBLE!!!

  I have been to this location for a tooth extraction twice now, one with sedation and one without. Both were wonderful experiences I have been seen by Dr Klien and Dr Kimberly and they are both great as well the rest of the staff on making you feel safe!

  Every member of the caregiving staff at this facility—from reception to nurse to surgeon—was WONDERFUL, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you for taking such great care of my sweet mom today!

  I’m very pleased with Dr. Cronenwetter (“Dr. Nate”) and the entire staff at AOMS in Stow. Through a minor mixup, they thought I was in only for a consultation re an extraction while I thought I was in for the extraction itself (which needed to be done before I went on an impending vacation since the tooth to be extracted had a temporary crown on it which would not survive the length of the vacation). The staff took the initiative to contact my regular dentist to get the background information they were missing, x-rays were taken, Dr. Nate assessed the situation and decided that the extraction was appropriate, he did the extraction, including a bone graft, and I was done. The extraction and bone graft were painless. The entire process took about an hour. As I said at the beginning, I’m very pleased with everything that happened today at AOMS.

  Needed to have a molar extracted and received a referral to Akron Oral Stow location. I called and spoke with Lori who was able to get me in the next day. I arrived a little early and was greeted by Lori who was polite and had a warm presence about here. (I was extremely nervous to say I "hate dentists" is an understatement.)She treated me as if I was a regular patient and she had met me before. When it was time for my appointment Janet called me back. I explained to her how nervous I was. Janet was "fantastic" what a "gem" we talked about childhood dental experiences. She understood what I was feeling without making me feel like a child. Dr. Nate had the most wonderful bedside manner. He was straight forward letting me know what he was doing and ensuring me that all would be better and that I was doing a great job. A couple of times doc was even humming. That too put me at ease. At a point during the procedure it got painful and there was Janet holding my hand. Like I said Janet is a "gem". Once the procedure was done I did feel a lot better. On my way out of the office Janet and doc walked me back to Lori to check out. Janet even gave me a hug goodbye. That was amazing and exactly what I needed. If your looking for an Oral Surgeon that puts you at ease and staff that treats you like family you have found that Surgeon.
