During my eye exam, I had decided not to make a purchase at Lens Crafters, because I just wasn't well pleased with the selection. As I was gathering my things to leave, Peggy came over with 4 pair that she thought I might like. I agreed to look at them to be polite as she had been so kind and not pushy at all. Out of the 4, two pair were exactly what I was leaning towards! I ended up purchasing my frames AND sunglasses. Peggy definitely made the difference in my customer satisfaction!
