  Google is saying that DISLOCATION of your shoulder and breaking another part is agonizing PAIN. I fell, this was closest to my location at the time. I was screaming pain ( that is agonizing). When I went there Meagan the check in nurse RUDE. She asked me to be quiet. I’m not kidding. However, Ally, & the charge nurse were efficacious, quick, and got me to sleep within about 15-30 minutes. I’m not sure of the time, I was just screaming. Took me to Xray, Catscan, woke me up. Came back in and told me they are taking me to trauma putting me back to sleep to put my arm back in place. There were doctors, and nurses present. I give a 3 because MEAGAN being rude and the doctor wrote on my summaries that my pain was disproportionate. That was the exact wording. To what? I hope that doctor dislocates their shoulder one day then he/ she can tell me how much pain im not supposed to feel. I think you NEED that experience. But a 3 for STAFFING who advocated that evening for my care, put my arm back in place, and didn’t leave me awake in AGONIZING PAIN thanks. If you read this and you are one of those staff I’m 100% you are always a blessing to others.

  If you had Ashley B, as a Nurse here or any kettering ER hospital, I pray you did not have the horrible, rude experience I had with this nurse. Other people know about her, and her care, and how rude she is. Apparently, she’s going to be a “nurse practitioner “ and with the care, skills, and attitude I would never ever let someone like her come near me or my family. She did not believe me, or believe the pain I was in. She kept questioning me, and giving me dirty looks, a long with ZERO empathy or compassion. This is the last person I would want treating me, my family, or the community. Do better, Ashley B!!

  Very bad service. Been waiting in the emergency room waiting for over 3 hours now. They have called to people back who came in after me and still got a room first. Madison in London Ohio is where ill be going from now on. Screw Kettering health.
