Very sweet people, but very clearly understaffed. They do what they can to help you out. If Kroger hired the staff to help them it would be 5 stars.

Going from 2 stars to 4 stars, because they are getting better. They at least answer the phones now. They are all very kind.

They don't answer the phone when ya call. The prescriptions that are set up for auto refill don't refill. Set up for text when meds are ready don't get any messages.

Friendly staff. Medications usually ready when stated. Lines are sometimes long.

TERRIBLE. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy unless you like waiting an ungodly amount of time on your prescriptions or being put on hold for 10-20 minutes just to have a simple question answered. Then when you do get to go in the store they’re rude and act like you are wasting THEIR time.

They are never open at 8am . Most businesses are up and running by the hours of operation. They’ve lost my physical script. They very overwhelmed by the extra customers due to the other store closing and it’s very obvious at times. I saw a customer argue with a pharmacist one time until the customer was in tears. The girl at the register today is very pleasant. Multitasking is not in their skills, from my view. He worked on my script for 20 minutes because he has to answer phone calls. So the customer on the phone is more important than I am. It’s very frustrating.
