  The staff is great! Friendly and helpful. They are horribly understaffed and it takes forever to get a prescription filled. Example: ER visit last night and was told to get on this medication asap. Prescription will not be ready until after 2pm even after I shared what the ER Doctor said.

  The worst. Never have your prescriptions ready even when you refill days before you’re out, prompted by a text they send you. I’m horribly sick and 8 hours later they say my prescription was not there. After I call the doctor they verify it’s there. I call the pharmacy they say they haven’t checked any prescriptions sent from the doctors offices. Now they say they have it, but it will not be done today. What’s the point of going to the doctor if your pharmacy never gives you your medications? Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.

  This place is AWFUL in the pharmacy!!! We called 9 times to see if medicine was filled yet that we called in days prior and still wasn’t ready and was put on hold every single time…. No one ever came back on the line to help or nothing… this is an ongoing issue that I have dealt with since Madison Avenue Pharmacy and Whittacre’s closed….

  Don't count on getting your prescription from here. Call it in just after they open. Maybe it will be ready in 3 our 4 days.

  This is the absolutely worst pharmacy company I have dealt with in my entire life, the staff is rude, ill tempered, and cant be bothered. They are in no rush to help anyone and if ypu plan on paying for a prescription and getting refunded GOOD LUCK ive been told 4 times now this process is easy and they make it impossible for you to be refunded. They should be shut down completely.
