  1 star because I had to, patient care shouldn't be determined by the clock! You know who you are. Kettering Health Network seems to have a problem, plenty of managers, supervisors. So what's the problem?

  Went here for physical therapy, they were so unprofessional. Receptionist was mad I was talking to another person in the waiting room. I think she was upset because she thought I wasn’t done with the intake paperwork (I was). The physical therapist could not be bothered to do her job, like it was such a chore to show me exercises. Honestly only went because they had availability. None of the other Kettering locations are like this.

  This is the absolute worst hospital I have visited. Two nurses had originally came into my room, and had asked me to change into a gown. I had waited a moment to let them leave so I could change and they didn’t. Instead they had held the gown behind me as I turned around with my back to them to change. I have anxiety and it makes it very hard for me to say something about things like that. I was already annoyed after this incident, and then I went to explain the symptoms I was having to my doctor. I told him about the tingling and numbness in my hands and feet, chest pain, excessive mucus, and more. He laughed at me and said “we’ll we can’t do anything for your feet or hands today, but it sounds like you just have allergies.” I have had allergies before, this was nothing like allergies. It felt like bronchitis. Please do not go here if you hope to receive treatment.
