  I needed to leave this review for the Pleasant and very accommodating and Professional Receptionist,Mrs.Diane,!!! She has always been Such a Sweet spirited woman.She makes me feel at ease and comforted every time I have encountered her.She has Excellent Customer Service and is A true 💎 Gem.Way to Go.

  Your receptionist! What an incredible receptionist! She is in the top 1% of receptionists across the United States. She was welcoming, comforting, reassuring, and even found the two overhead chandeliers using Google Lens. She is a Receptionist with a capital R. If anyone deserves "Employee of the Year," it is your amazing receptionist.

  I went to the breast center today at Kettering Springfield this was my first time at this location I usually have all my appointments at Soin , I have been dealing with Kettering Health since 2014 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer…. I was kinda nervous about going to this location things in Springfield Medically just don’t always go right from my personal experience!!!! I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with this location and everyone that works there from the receptionist , the ultrasound technician to the radiologist that talked to me right afterwards and very surprised that she was my radiologist back in 2014 . It’s very nice to know I can stay right here in my town and still trust the medical team of Kettering Health!!!!

  This office is absolutely amazing!! The staff is wonderful. During my biopsy appointment I was so nervous and the staff ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of. The receptionist was amazingly friendly and comforting...(The Good Grandma vibe...lol) so at sign in, I felt warm, welcomed and at peace. While in the waiting area, they keep a bowl of quotes for the patients. I grabbed one and it said, "Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically but nothing consistently without courage." This bowl of quotes is a wonderful asset to a medical office where one can be at unease. Once I was taken in the back, I was handle with so much care. We had great conversation and before I knew it, my biopsy was complete and I was heading home. The office called and followed up with how I was feeling the next day. If this office continues to practice these practices for years to come, they will forever be a success! ~Angel

  The staff are so amazing here. They were very comforting through my procedure. Keep up the great work Springfield Kettering Health Breast Center! It is a very nice and comforting environment too. I can't recommend them enough.
