  Very professional and friendly. I brought in my prescription and Tiffani showed me glasses in my price range and informed me of the special they were offering. They had both pairs of glasses done in less than an hour! Definitely recommend and will go to them any time i need new glasses (:

  This has been my second visit with them. They go above and beyond for you. I got glasses and seen the eye dr that is there. He is great as well. Will be back for future appointments ♥️

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at this location. They heavily advertise deals like two pairs for $79.99, but the reality is completely different once you walk through the door. • Deceptive Pricing: Despite the ads, I was told the exam alone was $89.99. When I questioned the advertised prices, the staff began offering various "discounts" and excuses that didn't align with their own marketing. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch where the final cost depends entirely on your insurance or subscription rather than the promised deal. • System Issues: The staff seems to be constantly switching between systems, which makes every process take forever. It’s inefficient and feels disorganized. • Poor Communication: Unlike every other professional office, they don’t even send appointment reminders. Between the misleading ads and the chaotic management, the entire experience felt fake and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that honors their word and values your time.

  Came in to get replacement prescription sunglasses. Shawn was THE absolute best! He took time to answer all my question and offer suggestions. He is a real jewel. Knowledgeable, friendly and knows his products. Shawn is the reason I will be a repeat customer! Thank you Shawn.
