- DBDylan BunchDec 22, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location. I went in intending to purchase six pairs of Ray-Ban Meta glasses for business use. Prior to visiting, I called ahead and was told I would be eligible for a 50% off lenses promotion with the purchase of frames, which is why I chose to shop in person. In-store, I explained to Angela that I needed to purchase both frame sizes to determine proper fit for my employees and that the glasses would be used indoors with prescription lenses, so I did not want polarized lenses. Despite this, I was later told that the promotion would not be honored and that the glasses would instead be ordered online with prescription lenses through Ray Ban—completely defeating the purpose of purchasing through LensCrafters. I ultimately purchased a pair with the intention of returning it and ordering elsewhere due to the lack of consistency and clarity around promotions. The experience felt disorganized and misleading. Thankfully, I contacted the Kenwood Towne Center LensCrafters, where the store manager was surprised by what occurred and was extremely helpful. The difference in service was night and day. I will not give my business to this location, if you are paired with Angela, please run.
