  Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff. I had a mix up about canceling my membership but it was taken care of quickly, kindly, and professionally. I have heard horror stories about other locations. I’m glad to know this one isn’t like the others. I will definitely be back (to this location specifically!) when I am ready to workout in a gym again!

  I've been coming to this location for several months, and the amenities and equipment are absolutely the best in the area. The affordability of the membership and availability of the equipment have been so refreshing! I only give three stars because I canceled my membership and returned to the YMCA due to the toxic environment that is perpetuated by the dayshift staff. I feel that it is very high school drama and has ultimately created an uncomfortable environment for members as well. There is one staff member in particular who has been seen berating and yelling at other staff members for not working while they are actively interacting with other customers. She is observed frequently hiding out in the bathroom stalls, but despite how much time she spends in the bathroom, hadn't seemed to notice the empty soak all week. She has also been observed hanging out in tanning rooms chatting and giggling with the one other staff member that she seems to get along with. When I have been sent back for my tanning session, on multiple occasions they have been in the tanning room not cleaning the bed that I have signed up to use. Trash cans have become noticeably full and spray bottles have started getting empty, and staff members are rarely observed going around to address this. They are frequently on their phones at the desk. My final straw with these staff members was overhearing them gossiping about a member's appearance and making faces at her as she walked away. As someone on a weight loss journey, this made me uncomfortable and questioning the non judgment zone that is frequently promoted by Planet Fitness. I do not support or condone bullies, especially in such a vulnerable space. I will say, Sella and Isaac are incredibly pleasant staff members and I'm always very excited to see them when I come in! They will be missed!

  The Springboro location is the best one in this area. It's clean, we'll maintained and the staff are nice.

  I always have a great experience when I come here nice people and a lot of equipment. And plenty of space

  The facility itself is wonderful but there are two employees in particular on day shift that need to go! Two girls always gossiping very loudly about members and even gossiping about members to other members. They are creating a very judgmental and uncomfortable environment!
