  0/10. They lied in my clinical notes that were on MyChart. Staff in the waiting area were rude & treated me like a liar because they couldn’t pull me up in the system, even though I said I could give them my ID & social so they could just put me in there. I stood up there with my husband for 5 minutes bickering with this guy until I told him I was going to sit down. I was severely dehydrated and had been puking for 2 days, yet he wanted to be difficult and have me stand there repeating myself. Was basically forced to get a CT-scan when it WASNT needed! They never told me their “findings” from it, yet put in the clinical notes that they verbally told me. Which is a LIE. They overcharge EVERYTHING in billing. My bill was over $8,000. I wasn’t even there for 2 hours. Place is a joke

  My wife went there to be checked out and dr Anthony Smith was very rude to her and yelled at her and called her a drug addict and released her with a blood pressure of 210/111 and she had to go to a different hospital where she found out she had a stroke and he did this knowing that she had previous strokes i wouldn't take my worst enemy to this horrible joke of a hospital and if I could give negative stars I would

  The day staff are very courteous. The night staff on the other hand are rude and unprofessional.
