I had a quick and easy experience. When you walk in there's a kiosk, and above it there's a sign saying to sign in. No one is at the desk, but if you can read you can check yourself in. I checked in, sat down, and was done within 10 minutes today. I believe I was helped by Cindy. She was great. Now I'm just waiting for my results.

I just left here frustrated. I made an appt yesterday to be seen today at 9:40 am. When I tried to sign in it wouldn’t pull up my appt, so I waited at the window for ten minutes.I had trouble with the automated the day before. Heard staff conversations in the back. Finally someone comes to the front to let someone out and I told her I was having trouble signing in. She tells me it times the appt out after a certain time (15 mins) and I had to reschedule. I told her I wasn’t 15 mins late I couldn’t sign in. She was extremely rude and non chalant and seemed as if she didn’t want to work today. A major inconvenience and careless customer service.

Needed a drug screening for my job. The automated scheduling process was stressful. In order to complete anything appointment-related you need your confirmation number (which I did not have at the time). Customer service was unhelpful because they can’t simply look up your name without the confirmation code. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps and they were all dismissive.
Today I went in and my appt did not exist, so I signed up as a walk-in. I waited 55 minutes Bc the system did not indicate I had signed in. I asked one of the techs in passing if I could be helped and she said she could take me back that moment even tho she was the only person working. She was operating the entire clinic by herself. The tech revealed a lot about how understaffed they are, as well as her personal issues. I have heard discouraging things about this company before but did not expect to experience all of this.

I was told I would receive results within two days; however, it has been over a week with no notification, and their phone line is completely automated and hard to navigate. I needed to start work a week ago, and I am losing important money needed for my high school tuition. Would not recommend.

I have used the Quest Diagnostic lab in Solon for 3 years. I have an adult special needs daughter who is obsessive compulsive with a learning disability. The employees have been nothing but fantastic when drawing her blood. They have been kind and understanding. We go to this lab to avoid the crawds at hospital labs. We have never run across any of the problems the other reviewers have encountered. We were there today.
