The actual service I received from Chase and his fellow repair technicians both in the home and with communication regarding the repairs was outstanding. They were thorough and helped facilitate the appointment when the phone system through the main branch was not working. Chase, from the Sharonville branch, made repeat follow up, phone calls to ensure that everything was going well with our medical equipment.
