Pharmacy contacts me repeatedly with courtesy calls on 'information about my medication.', leaving voice messages. When I return their call, the pharmacy tech that answered the phone was giggling (being unprofessional) and had no idea what I was talking about. She transferred me to store management "Brian". Brian was condescending, arrogant, rude and a pitiful excuse for a manager. After he hung up on me and still having NO explanation why the pharmacy left me 3 voicemails asking me to call them back...I called the pharmacy AGAIN. THE SAME giggling fool answered the phone. Immediately transferred me to someone else when I explained the pharmacy has been calling me asking for my return call. (She apparently can't make any effort of HER own on anything and has to pass it off) FINALLY someone with some sense about them answered and blamed it on the insurance company! Unreal. This pharmacy sucks.
