  Came in and got my flu shot after making an appointment. I was seen quickly and the pharmacist was friendly and attentive.

  Drive thru was closed, long line inside. Instead of being able to go into the pharmacy at the door near by had to walk all the down to the other door on the grocery side to enter. This can not be convenient for the elderly that come in. Need better or more staff to be able to handle the amount of customers that are there.

  Long slow wait in line at the drive up window, but I understand that it's not the total fault of Kroger, some customers are to blame for being difficult and not having their business in order when it's their turn. But that's just some people. 🙄 Kroger Pharmacy however saved me a ton of money on my prescription, were very polite, and got my order correct. 🙂 To bad fast food restaurants can't do things as smoothly. 🤪

  The new manager of the pharmacy was excellent. She communicated very well what was going on and that didn’t happen much previously. She was great.
