  My one day off, drove 30min there to get blood work after checking to make sure they were open. Website and phone both say they open at 7:30. I get there they are closed and no sign or explanation. I won't use this location again

  Very efficient appointment, checked in via phone- love that option! Lab tech was very punctual and friendly and communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

  There is one woman that works at the Salem location that I always see and she's awesome. So personable and funny, and my bloodwork goes smoothly every time. I used to hate to get blood drawn, but she's so skilled that it doesn't hurt and I never bruise! My favorite place for bloodwork.

  Have used four or five times per year, no problems. I schedule ahead, they stay close to the times, and always friendly. Most important, they are good with their procedures. I use Salem Hospital too for another Doctor and the services are comparable,, both good.
