  Made an appointment for 11:40 , waited 1 hour and 20 minutes with no response or text . Don't waste your time horrible company . Will be filing a BBB report .

  Waited over an hour with other walk in agead of me, none of us were seen, to be told "if you dont have an appointment i cant help you". Why do you accept walkins just to not serve them? The lady calling names was extremely rude to the other walkins. 10/10 would NOT recommend

  I would’ve given this a -5 star rating if it allowed me to.. But I guess I’ll settle for one star .. This place is horrible and the older woman with the glasses i’m not sure of her name is extremely rude, completely unprofessional and unhelpful.. Definitely do not ask any questions if you don’t understand something because they definitely don’t want to answer your questions .. if you have a choice to go to any other quest diagnostic Other than the rocky river location I would highly recommend it. Worst place ever

  Kierra did a wonderful job and she’s highly recommended! She’s so kind, professional, and best of all, I brought my 3 and 1 year old in there for IV blood withdrawal..she was so gentle that both of them didn’t make a peep or cry once! Great job Kierra.
