I unfortunately had to reschedule two times, but the staff was very helpful and polite. My first class was last night and wow! I felt every bit of the full body workout. The instructor, Aubrie, helped me and the other people in the class with form and technique. The music was calm and relaxing. It felt like a class where everyone could go at their own pace and not worry about who was looking. Great staff, workouts, and aesthetic overall. If I wasn't to the east side I would be coming back.

Targeting small specified muscles. I will definitely come back and try another class. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door by very friendly faces. Since it was my first time there Emmanuel gave me a detailed walk through. I really appreciated the personal attention that was given. Alicia was my instructor and she was great! After class when I had a few questions Alicia was approachable and happy to answer everything. She knew her stuff too! I was very happy with my overall experience here.
