Her first attempt, she was able to provide me with a better adjusted contact lenses prescription that improved my vision to see close, medium, and at a distance simultaneously. I have not had that happen in more than 10 years!! No need to compromise one level of vision over another anymore!!

However, the treatment I received from pearl vision was extremely poor, and frankly led to serious medical condition remaining undiagnosed for a longer period of time than necessary. What’s more, I probably would’t have even remembered to post about it if they would allow me to remain unsubscribed from their email list. At Pearl Vision, I was misdiagnosed as needing reading glasses, when it turned out I was actually having a Multiple Sclerosis attack. I called several times to schedule follow up appointments, and tried to explain how I was having profound double vision, but was told it was just eye strain from “reading too much.” After I was diagnosed with MS, Pearl Vision would not offer a refund or accept a return for the glasses that it turns out I did not need in the first place. For this reason, I cannot recommend Pearl Vision.
