  Kaleigh and Jackie are absolutely amazing. So is the store manager. Highly recommend going to them if you need glasses or contacts.

  A Longtime Patient, But Our Final Visit. My husband and I have been loyal patients of Pearly Vision for over five years. We have always appreciated the care from both Dr. Pesek, which is why we trusted the facility with our 5-year-old daughter’s first pair of glasses. Unfortunately, our most recent experience from yesterday was so poor, we have decided to take all of our family's business elsewhere. The issues began at the front desk. We were acknowledged by the receptionist, told someone would be "right with us," and then made to wait without further communication. When the staff member finally came out, her demeanor was unprofessional from the start. She didn’t make any attempt to engage with my daughter, the patient. The experience only worsened. The staff member was impatient and visibly annoyed by my five-year-old's completely normal, age-appropriate behavior. She sighed, rolled her eyes when my daughter looked away, and was short with her answers. To my disbelief, she even took phone calls from other customers during my daughter's fitting, treating our appointment as a low-priority interruption. While we value both Dr. Pesek, this experience has shown us that the practice is not equipped for young children. The staff member involved could greatly benefit from sensitivity training. We have decided to take our daughter's business to a more child-friendly optical shop that is better equipped to work with kids. We are disappointed, as this was a place we trusted, but we will be choosing a different practice for our daughter's eye care going forward.

  If you see any reviews posted by myself on Yelp (KenGomm) regarding a absolute dreadful experience at Pearl Vision they were not directed at the Rocky River branch. The views were directed at the Palma branch at West Ridgewood Drive. How Yelp managed to redirect the reviews to the wrong branch who knows. It could be operator error. I have just been to the Rocky River branch who could not be more helpful. Definitely 5 star. Apologies for any problems caused

  The lady who helped me with my glasses was phenominal! She is the examle of superior customer service. I came in with low budget just trying to utilize my benefits on before losing them on the last day of the year. Not only did she help find a pair that I liked that were in my budget, but she also helped me find a pair that I LOVED and gave me all the pricing for all the upgrades I want, so I know what to expect when I come back. Thank you so much for the great service! 🙂
