  Another great experience at Eyemart Express. We picked out glasses for my daughter yesterday, and the staff was very helpful as always. A few of the women there helped us decide, and everyone was patient, kind, and accommodating. Being able to get her glasses the same day was a huge plus. Really appreciate all the help.

  Walked in on a Saturday was told it would take a little bit. But could start looking at frames once I picked out what i wanted they even told me about some deals and specials. Were extremely helpful and friendly took them maybe 20 mins to make 2 pairs of glasses for me. Ill definitely ne back when i need glasses again

  The woman that was supposed to help me, Marrica, was incredibly unhelpful and made me feel like an inconvenience opposed to a customer. She offered no input, she just stared at me while I looked for glasses, there was no sense of even WANTING to help. When I was trying to pick out sunglasses tints, I was trying to ask how they were tinted in the display because I really liked how they looked and felt. She offered zero input. I finally managed to buy the glasses, and I was told I would get a text when they were ready. I showed up when I was texted only to be told my glasses actually were NOT finished yet, and I had to keep waiting. I tried to ask why I got the text about them being ready if they weren’t actually ready, as I had to leave dinner to pick them up and I haven’t had this issue in the past with them and everyone just sort of ignored the question. I love eyemart express, but this location will no longer be getting my business. I hope the Easton location isn’t as disappointing.
