The woman at the front says well if someone canceled will get you in. Are you joking I just spent my Sunday coming all the way up here for you to tell me I have a canceled appointment. Do better I will be telling absolutely everybody about this and I know a whole lot of people in the automotive industry I'm over 50 stores. You just messed up We will not be using you.
