I came from er to wait on meds the tech stated it would be 30 mins so I waited in parking lot and when the time came went to pick up my antibiotics and the tech that served me upon pick up never said 1 word to me just sent my meds through the drawer. Not nothing no thank you or anything,I think I'll be switching pharmacies.

I told them that the other pharmacy wouldn't honor our good rx coupon and wanted to charge him over 200 bucks for this life saving medicine that he was out of. So I continued to explained my situation to them and I asked them if there was anything that they could do to help us out. They used the SAME COMPUTER SYSTEM and told me that their was no reason why the other pharmacy wouldn't honor our good rx coupon and why they wouldn't give us his life saving medicine for that price. So they called the other pharmacy to release this medicine, filled the script for us, honor the good rx coupon, and we picked up his life saving medicine for that exact price. Thank you so much for going above and behind with helping us in this matter and making up for other Kroger pharmacy's short comings.
