She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and take the time to answer any questions I may have she’s always patient and never rushes me. April makes sure I have all I need day by day Done such as groceries dr appointments or just activities or things I would like to do in the community. April has a good heart on her and aways put us first priority’s before her own she does a great job not only as a director but as a support person. April always puts a smile on my face makes my days filled with joy and happiness. I’m happy April does what she does because she’s does great at it and I just love her to pieces she makes me laugh and just makes my days brighter day by day and if I’m feeling down she knows how to make my days filled with love and happiness I’m happy to get to be with such a great company

There staff is tip top and would do anything you ask of them. They have a great staff and team and nurse aids and I would hire them to take care of anyone.
- NLNancy LewisApr 23, 20195.0Can I give Homewatch 10 stars? What a lifesaver this company has been! With less than a week notice, they began working with my son who is living with Autism. I am a single mom and can't care for him while working 45 hours a week. My son was given 20 hours of care per week by Franklin county, and Homewatch has been there for each and every hour! They help him with socialization skills, homework, and even help him build his model airplanes. Their caregivers are patient beyond words and seem to really enjoy what they do. And as I stated before, they started services with less than a week's notice! (Our previous provider dropped our son immediately and just stopped sending aides!). Our SSA had Homewatch added to my son's ISP in no time, then they began the following Monday. Ever since then, I can't say enough good things about both the company as well as the office. Thank you again, Homewatch. Oh, and they throw a rocking Christmas party for all their clients and staff :)

They send someone to help her 5 days a week and the people they send have been top quality. I have no complaints and would recomend Homewatch to anyone looking for help for their child with special needs.
