StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Powell offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- JBJim Bibler2 days ago5.0I’ve been going to Stretchlab for about a year. I feel great. Greater flexibility, my back feels great. 50 minutes is a long time to stretch. You could never get as complete of a stretch on your own. It’s been a great experience.

We have had an incredible experience, the assisted stretching sessions really helped improve my flexibility and relieve muscle tension. The staff was super knowledgeable, and the personalized attention made a huge difference being able to focus on the muscles with the most tension. We have had several different team members assisting with the stretches and all have been great. Shout out to Aundrea, Aubrey, Olivia and Grant.
