Their management, attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and most importantly, caregivers such as Susie and Janet who not only do a great job with their tasks, but always go above and beyond, have become part of the family--their heartfelt caring for mom and her well-being is amazing!

At first my mom was not happy with the idea of an unknown helper coming into her home, but it didn’t take long for her to stay comfortable and remain safe in her home. Home Instead provided a number of qualified and friendly care-takers, but our saving grace was Cate Spitler! She was with my mom up until her passing, and she even attended the memorial service. Cate became a member of our family, and she adored my mother. I can’t explain how much it meant to me, and my siblings, all the love & concern that Cate gave to our sweet mother; she was truly a blessing. A huge thanks to Home Instead, and ALL the wonderful caretakers out there💟
