Home Instead hires good people and monitors them. Its employees are punctual, reliable and easy to work with. In my recent experience in Ohio, where I needed help while recovering from surgery, Home Instead even stepped up a week earlier than planned. Since I had just moved to Ohio and did not yet have a support system, I don't know what I would have done without Home Instead.
