I loved feeling like I was working my muscles but also getting a great stretch! From a former gym rat who typically just lifted weights, this was a breath of fresh air! I also love just being told what to do and not having to think about it! Sydney was heat, front desk was great and everyone was so welcoming! Thanks Ladies!
