    This is the worst pharmacy ever! Incompetent! They never answer the phones. You have to wait days for your medications. If you have a terminal illness you still have to wait for days before they fill your medication. I HATE that my insurance makes us go there. Worst pharmacy I've ever gone to unfortunately, and, doesn't seem to be trying to hire more employees or do anything to correct the circus they have going on that they call a pharmacy for people's medication. Not to mention the several trips you have to make just to receive 1 prescription. No care or compassion. Just awful! If you have serious needs, like a terminal illness,this DEFINITELY is NOT a pharmacy for you. I pray your insurance will allow you to go elsewhere. I wish this service on no one. Especially if they are ill.

    Our experience with this pharmacy has exceeded all expectations. When it's time to renew our insurance I always make sure this pharmacy is on the list. Communication has been great and all advise appreciated by us.

    Kroger pharmacy at Port Clinton is garbage. They're always rude, and never helpful. They struggle to do the simplest tasks. This is based on about 5 interactions over the last two years. We do not use them at this point forward. It's a shame because the rest of the store is great and we continue to go.
