    I've gotten at least 12 pair of glasses from them, every single time. It's been a quick in and out process. Even seeing the optician is a quick process to get a new prescription. Doing it without insurance is definitely cheaper than most other places so I highly recommend

    This was a great experience! Walked in, was greeted by the people working. The store was clean and tidy. I was helped by an older gentleman who was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped me understand what my insurance was going to cover and was very efficient. My glasses, both pairs, were ready in under an hour. I was then helped by a very nice young woman, who made sure they fit correctly. Definitely will be a return customer! Unlike you competitor down the road, I didn't feel like just a number. I felt like a valued customer and I think that's important.

    Customer service was amazing, but I went there to get a pair of glasses in an hour before a trip out of town which didn't happened due to "frames being ordered" but I did get the sunglasses with in an hour. Their selection is huge, our insurance now covers them, the optometrist was very nice, staff was very welcoming so I gave 5 stars. Waiting another two weeks is oh well it happens.
