  Customer service is lacking. Called to schedule a consultation, the lady was not pleasant. Gave me a hard time because she didn’t have a referral for me. I explained to her that I was given one at my dentist’s office that it had a couple options I could choose from. She scheduled me an appointment (seemed to be reluctant to do it) instructing me to bring in my referral. I missed my appointment due to a few different circumstances. 100% my fault I admitted that on the phone, apologized. Only to be put on hold for a while for her to come back and tell me it was a policy that once I missed 1 appointment they wouldn’t take me. It is not my common practice to miss appointments. A simple call to my regular dentist would tell them that. She was pleasant when she told me she wouldn’t reschedule me. It seems like they don’t really want patients. Fine with me. I’ll take my insurance’s and my money elsewhere. I hope if they’re met with a highly stressful situation that causes them to forget something that they’re met with more grace than what was given to me. Not even a question of what I was dealing with, just a “we won’t reschedule you”

  I highly recommend Dr. Jacks and his staff. They answered all my questions before I could ask them. They all spent a lot of time with me and made me feel at home. Lots of laughs as well. This office is the epitome of a team! Special shout out to Kristy! Thank you all!

  Dear Dr Jacks, you are the Obi Wan Kenobi of teeth removal! Went here to get a wisdom tooth removed and i was EXTREMELY anxious, as I've never had any teeth removed. Dr Jacks removed it and i didn't even know it was out!! With only numbing. The staff is just so friendly and good at making you feel at home and taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I'm going back to have the other wisdom teeth removed and i look forward to it! Madness i tell you! If you need an oral surgeon, you'd be a fool to go anywhere but here. Edit 4 years later: I've now had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jacks and will be going back for the final. I've done every one with only local, not going under. This man is a kind, compassionate soul who really is a master of his craft. He's friendly, funny, smart and truthful. There's a review above where someone says it sucks they've run out of teeth to pull. That's exactly how I feel about here. Seriously THE BEST. I'll be bringing my children here as well. Thank you Dr Jacks and staff!
